We provide: Custom Framer website design and development, UI/UX strategy and consulting, Website optimization and performance improvements, Sale and licensing of digital Framer templates.

All services are subject to individual project agreements where applicable.

3. Template Purchases & License
When purchasing a template from Sidebay Supply:

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template.
Templates may be used for personal or commercial projects.
Resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or sharing of the template files is strictly prohibited.
You may not claim the template as your own intellectual property.

All template sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

4. Payments
All prices are listed in USD.
Payments must be made in full before template download unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may result in project suspension.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.

5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Upon full payment, clients receive rights to the final delivered website design.
Sidebay Supply retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials.
All templates remain the intellectual property of Sidebay Supply.
